HISTORY
Ace grew up in new york like a normal person would, but one year in summer vacation his sister, Rayne left with the 'Guy she's dating' because he was a total ass and flirted with his sister for all his life, he never bother to learn his name. They were in the general area of the district when the science lab exploded, Ace and Rayne were separated by the force of the blast. A few hours later a 13 year old girl by the name of Annabeth, picked him out of a lake and dragged him to her house and gave him medicine and stuff. The chemicals in the lake were somehow mixed with his brain, giving him the power to manipulate water wherever it exists. (EXCEPT IN THE HUMAN BODY). When they went out to where the explosion happened a few months later in November, By then his bond with Annabeth was strong, and they were very close friends. The peoples from the District were still looking for survivors. They somehow noticed that he had powers, and they began to surround him and Annabeth. When he refused to go with them, they began to inch closer putting a tazer to each of their necks, Annabeth began to fight back but they shot her with a Rifle, killing her? No one knows, Ace was dragged to the district staring at the Knocked out body of Annabeth, Knowing he couldn't do Jack shit. He has been here for a month now...
