HISTORY
Patricia was not originally human. During an explosion in Warsaw, Poland
a female zoo-keeper was tending to the 7 month pregnant
snow tiger. The radiation and chemicals, etc, caused her to form into one being
with the tiger. 2 months later, the woman gave birth to a human baby girl
with the tail and ears of a snow tiger. Her mother died giving birth.

She now lives in the District, by herself.
