HISTORY
Marie was born in Nice, France. She lived a normal life, with her parents,
and around 13 years in, a baby sister named Abigail.
When the first explosion in France happened, Marie was affected. She
was walking in the park with her friend, when a science lab exploded close by.
Her friend was killed by debris, and Marie was showered with nuclear
waste, transforming her to what she is today.

An American Army trooper came to collect her almost immediately. She
travelled by train and airplane, with a rude, heartless man who
insulted and looked down on her because of some unfair luck. There
were many mutated people on these trains and planes, most of which stared
at Marie with their horrible, mutilated faces, which is why Marie is so scared of
international travel.

She now lives in the District, in a tiny hut provided by the government.
